Who A.D.A.P.T. AI Coaching is not for

Four kinds of operator should not book a discovery call with me. Someone who wants a certificate for the file. Someone who believes only their team needs training. Someone who wants the work built for them. Someone with no live problem this week. If none of those four is you, what follows is the honest version of what you would be taking on.

Is A.D.A.P.T. AI Coaching worth it?

Only if you intend to do the work yourself. Module 1 is five one-to-one sessions of 90 minutes, four to eight days apart, roughly a month end to end, and every session runs on your own business. There is homework after each session, reviewed before the next one. A ChatGPT Plus subscription is a prerequisite.

I take four clients a month and I run every session myself. That number is the whole design, not a scarcity line. An hour spent inside one promoter's cost sheet cannot be spent inside anybody else's. Module 2, Inside Claude, is three sessions of 120 minutes and opens only to Module 1 graduates.

What you hold at the end is a workspace and a reusable brief for your recurring work. Also ChatGPT running on your real documents, a research brief on your own market, and a custom assistant handling one repeatable task. What you do not hold is a person to call every time an output looks odd. The point is that you stop needing one.

Three readers who should buy something else

If a credential is the goal, an institutional program serves it better. The executive programs run by the Indian business schools are credible, and they do strategy fluency well. You get a cohort, a brand on the CV, and a view you can take into a board meeting. Neither the cohort nor the curriculum can be rebuilt around one participant's own documents. A.D.A.P.T. ends with a certificate too, but the certificate is not the reason to sit through the month.

If you believe only your team needs training, this is not the place to start. This coaching works on one leader's own judgment: what to ask AI, and how to tell when its answer is wrong. If your team needs training too, we run in-company AI workshops at adaptai.co.in.

If you want it built for you, hire a builder. A custom assistant that drafts proposals and outreach notes from a short brief is a buildable thing. A freelancer can ship it. What a freelancer cannot ship is the ability to read a draft proposal and see that the positioning is off for that buyer. One client wrote: "The one-on-one personalized hand-holding made all the difference. I now use AI for decision support and tasks that used to take hours." Decision support is the part no delivered asset hands you.

One reader who is not ready yet

If you have no live problem this week, wait. The 30-day guide on adaptaicoaching.com covers the ground a self-starter can cover alone. Week one is what AI is and is not. Week two is a prompt structure of Role, Context, Task, Format and Constraints. Week three is workflows instead of one-off queries, and week four is research and checking what came back. Work through it. Come back when a real problem is stuck, because that problem is the syllabus.

How do I pick the best AI coach in India?

Ask what you are holding 30 days after the last session. If the answer is notes and recordings, the program was a course with a nicer label. If the answer is a brief, an assistant and a habit of checking, you are holding something.

Then ask three more. Does the work run on your documents, or on a case study about somebody else's business. Who sits in the session, the person whose name is on the marketing or a trained facilitator. And what happens in the session when the output is wrong, because that is the only skill that matters. Everything upstream of it is typing.

Rating numbers tell you less than they look like they do. My facilitator rating is 4.8 out of 5. It still cannot tell you whether your kind of problem has been sat with before. Ask that directly instead.

What to check before you book anything

Name the problem first. One problem you own this week: the distributor margin question, the market you cannot decide about, the board note on AI you have been asked for and do not yet have a view on. If nothing comes to mind in 60 seconds, that is the signal to use the 30-day guide and wait.

Then check the two things that decide fit. Will you do the homework between sessions, in your own files, with nobody to delegate it to. And can you put the material in scope into a paid ChatGPT account, which for a corporate leader means knowing where the company's data line actually sits before session one, not during it. If the answer to either is no today, the month will not land.

Say you have a live problem and you plan to do the work yourself. If you want a second read on whether this is the right shape, book a 30-min discovery call. The intake questionnaire comes first.

What else do people ask before booking?

Where can I find an A.D.A.P.T. review?

Client notes sit on adaptaicoaching.com. Read them for the shape of the work rather than the praise. You are looking for someone whose problem resembles yours, a leader doing market intelligence or decision support, and for whether the output was something they kept using afterward.

Is executive AI coaching in India different from a leadership program?

Yes, in what it touches. A leadership program works on how you think and lead. This works on one week's output: your cost sheet, your market note, your board deck. Your juniors already use these tools daily, and the gap a senior leader feels is judging their output, not describing AI at a strategy level.

What happens on the discovery call?

An intake questionnaire comes first, then a call to decide whether this is the right shape for your problem. If the problem is a build job or the timing is wrong, the answer on the call is no. Four clients a month means saying that honestly is cheaper than a bad month for both sides.
