What A.D.A.P.T. AI Coaching is, and who runs it

A.D.A.P.T. AI Coaching is one to one AI coaching for senior operators, founded in July 2024 and run by me, Prashant Agarwal. It is not a course. It is not a cohort. There is no video library. Every session is built on a live problem from your own business, and the five letters stand for Automate, Develop, Amplify, Personalize, Track.

What do the five letters stand for?

Automate, Develop, Amplify, Personalize, Track. Those five words are the name. The starting point is a problem you already have this week, not a curriculum.

Take a recurring task most operators recognize, the weekly sales review that somebody rebuilds by hand every Monday. Written once as a brief, the same task runs again each week on fresh figures. One problem, one brief, one assistant you own afterward.

What the name does not cover matters as much. There is no cohort, so nobody else is in the room. There is no curriculum that runs whether or not it fits your week. There is no video library to work through alone. Every hour goes on your material, and you sign off on every output that leaves your desk.

Who runs A.D.A.P.T.?

I do, and I run every session myself. Four clients a month, because that is what doing it personally allows.

Twenty-five years in consumer goods in India, most of it carrying a P&L, most recently as a CMO and business head. Then a startup built from zero to an exit in early 2023. After the exit I had time for the first time in years, so I worked through the AI courses on offer. "Most were useless. Too basic, 10 hours to learn what should take 30 minutes. Or too technical, assuming I could code. I can't. Never have." What worked instead was asking one question of my own work every day and checking what came back.

That background is the reason the work starts from your P&L and not from a tool tour. The figures on record are 300+ senior executives and business owners trained and coached, and a facilitator rating of 4.8 out of 5. The site is adaptaicoaching.com.

What the two modules leave you holding

Module 1, AI Essentials, is five sessions of 90 minutes, four to eight days apart, roughly a month end to end. It needs a ChatGPT Plus subscription and nothing else. You leave the first session with a working AI workspace and your first business problem picked. The second gives you a reusable brief for your own recurring work. By the third, ChatGPT is running on your real documents and data. The fourth puts a research brief on your own market in your hands. At the end of the fifth, a custom assistant is handling one repeatable task.

Module 2, Inside Claude, is three sessions of 120 minutes, open to Module 1 graduates only. You leave with a Claude Project built for your role, connected tools and a working data-to-deck workflow, and a running automation on your real work. One worked shape from that module starts with two indexes. Pull 30 days of closing values for the Nifty 50 and the NYSE Composite into one comparison table, then build a slide deck from the same data without retyping a figure.

The mechanics around the sessions are plain. An intake questionnaire and a fit call come first. Pre-session videos sit gated on your own login. Sessions run live on Zoom. Homework follows every session and I review it before the next one. You get written session notes and a certificate. Live session recordings are never shared.

No session is a lecture you watch. Each one ends with something you built and can run again on Monday without me in the call.

What else do operators ask about A.D.A.P.T.?

Do I need to know how to code?

No. I cannot code and never have, and nothing in Module 1 or Module 2 asks you to. The work is done in ChatGPT and Claude through plain written briefs. What you need is the judgment to tell a good output from a confident wrong one.

Is there anything I need before the first session?

A ChatGPT Plus subscription, which is the only prerequisite for Module 1. Nothing else is needed to start. Before that there is an intake questionnaire and a fit call, and gated pre-session videos sit on your own login.

Are the sessions recorded so I can watch them again?

No. Live session recordings are never shared. You get written session notes after every session, homework that I review before the next one, and a certificate at the end. The notes are what you keep, and they are written for your own business, not for a class.
